Join the Club
Two flexible membership programs — both starting at $45/month — let you get on the water as often as you want without buying a boat. One-time enrollment fee: $399.
Members can switch programs once. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Automatic monthly billing.
US Sailing Certified
Harbor Yacht Clubs offers three certification levels — from beginner to bareboat captain — all using the US Sailing Keelboat Certification System. Group and private formats available.
Beginner level. Learn essential sailing skills on keelboats up to 25 feet. Maximum 4 students per class for personalized instruction.
Intermediate level. Expand your skills to cruising-class keelboats up to 33 feet. 6 students max. Ideal for sailors ready to go further.
Advanced level. Qualify to skipper bareboat charters up to 42 feet. 6 students max. Required for bareboat rental privileges.

A focused 3-day immersive program — ideal for sailors who already have basic skills and want to earn their next certification quickly. Combines Basic Cruising and Bareboat Cruising progression.
